Ken Chiang is a professional fitness coach and movement specialist dedicated to helping people move better, perform stronger, and live younger.
 

With over 15 years of experience in personal training, Ken has developed TrueMotion Training — a comprehensive system designed to create balance between movement, strength, and recovery, while helping people restore natural movement, improve posture, and even find relief from everyday pain and tension.
 

The foundation of TrueMotion Training is built on two key frameworks:

Hi, I’m Ken Chiang, a fitness coach who believes movement is more than just training — it’s a way to stay young, focused, and free.

When I started, I chased strength and performance like everyone else. Over time, I learned that real progress comes from understanding the body — how it moves, recovers, and connects with the mind.
 

That’s why I created TrueMotion Training — a system that combines strength, mobility, and recovery to help people move better and feel more alive.

Coaching for me means working together. I guide people to move better, feel stronger, and build habits that stay for life. It’s more than physical training — it’s helping someone find their flow again.
